Novermber will see Singapore having three C.H.E.K. courses in town by a US based C.H.E.K. instuctor, Janet Alexander.  One of the three courses will be much anticipated, C.H.E.K. Golf Biomechanics, held the first time in Singapore.

In fact, the last quarter of 2008 will be power-packed. We will have a stream of course almost back to back with

  • Bob McAtee for Facilitated Stretching in early November.
  • C.H.E.K from late November, early December and finishing off with
  • Ron Alexander for Functional Fascial Taping for Level 1 and Level 2 in mid-December.

We just closed our Sports Taping course last week on 18th July. As requestd by our past participants, look out for an advanced sports taping course now in the works. We will be annoucing it shortly. Also in August, we have our first Certified Fitness Trainer workshop to supplement ISSA"s CFT certification course. This workshop cover some of the more sticky point as well the all important practical component.

As always, we are also constantly on the look out to improve ourselves. If you have any feedback, comments or even ideas for courses, we would love to hear from you. Drop us an email at feedback@humanprinciples.com or just send one from our Contact page here.

Yours sincerely,
