Human Principles offers a range of courses and programmes for professionals and specialists in various fields of sports medicine, sports, fitness and rehabiliation at different levels of experience.

We broadly divide them into 4 categories –

First, 3 categories according to three broad fitness and health genres:

  1. Fitness for Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning and Sports Coaching,
  2. Rehabilitation  and
  3. Alternative Lifestyle FItness for yoga, pilates type exercise genre .

And the last supplumentary category

  1. Continuing Education Units (Technical and Non-technical) for courses that professionals in the three earlier categories can add on to their repertoire to supplement their core focus areas.
