The Certified Fitness Trainer Workshop is designed to supplement ISSA’s Certified Fitness Trainer course. This workshop covers certain specific topics in the course textbook in greater detail and is supplemented with a practical overview. This workshop is ideal for people looking to get CFT certified but may not have sufficient prior practical experience in a gym setting.

This workshop will not substitute actually studying the course text book to complete the ISSA exams.
