Pro-fit Institute presents Kettlebell Training for Contact Sports Conditioning Level 1, (endorsed and Recommended by the IKFF)

The 2 day course teaches participants how the kettlebell can be used as a tool for conditioning for contact sports. A Certificate of attendance will be issued upon completion of the course.

Attire: Workout gear as this is a hands-on course  

Day 1: 9:00am-3:00pm

  • Dynamic Warm-up and Joint Mobility Drills
  • Two-hand Swing
  • One-hand swing
  • One- arm clean
  • One-arm press
  • One-arm push press
  • One-arm Jerk
  • One-arm snatch
  • Goblet Squats
  • Stretches for cool-down. 

Day 2 : 9:00am-5:00pm

  • Dynamic Warm-up and Joint Mobility Drills
  • Overhead swing
  • walking and backward swing
  • Kneeling clean
  • Side clean
  • Walking press
  • Overhead Squats
  • Deck Squats
  • Turkish Get-up
  • Renegade Row
  • Review and assessments
  • Stretches for cool-down

 

 

About the Trainer

 

Andyn

Andyn is a registered level 2 Kettlebell coach with the International Kettlebell and Fitness Federation (IKFF). Andyn is also the authorised pre and post certification course provider for the IKFF here in Singapore.

His philosophy as a trainer/coach is to be able to help clients achieve a better quality of life by educating them and guiding them to break away from conventional thoughts about fitness.
